Deposits and Payments:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the itinerary is required to confirm the reservation*. Final payment is due at least 60 days prior to departure date and payments are accepted in Euros only. No reservation is considered confirmed until the deposit is received, and no spaces are held. 

Payments are accepted by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, ) and Bank Transfer.

*This amount is subject to change should flights require additional costs

Change and Cancellation Policy:

> 46+ Days prior to departure: non-refundable deposit

> 45 – 31 Day prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost

> Within 30 Days prior to arrival: 100% of total trip cost

> Refunds will not be made for no-shows, early departures or unused services.

> Refund requests must be made in writing and are processed within 60 days.

Please Note:

> Cancellations of air reservations are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the airlines and are independent of Travel Beyond Wellness.

> A €25.00 EUR amendment fee will apply for changes or modifications made to itinerary once deposited.

> Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellation will be at the expense of the passenger.

> Booking terms and conditions for airplane, helicopter, yacht charters, villa rentals or other specialized services will be subject to the terms and conditions of the provider / owner, which may vary from those of Travel Beyond Wellness.

Travel Protection and Insurance:

Travel Beyond Wellness, strongly suggests protecting your travel investment by purchasing Travel Insurance with a third party.

Travel Beyond Wellness does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents, illness, or frustrations while on tour, nor is Travel Beyond Wellness responsible for any type of trip interruption due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents and Identification:

All travelers are required and responsible to secure a valid passport and visa (if required). It is the traveler’s responsibility to check with the equivalent embassy and its consulates for up-to-date information. Travel Beyond Wellness will not distribute refunds in the event of insufficient documentation and any amendments or cancellations to the itinerary will be subject to full penalty.

Travelers are responsible to ensure that the names printed on the itinerary and other travel documents exactly match the first and last name written in their passport.

Holidays:

During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or amended.

Flight/Ferry Changes and Delays:

Travel Beyond Wellness is not responsible for any Airline flight or Ferry changes or delays, as this is an inherent risk when travelling.  Travelers may hold the specific airline or ferry company responsible for such circumstances.

In the event of a delay, the respective Airline or Ferry Company (Travel Beyond Wellness) will determine the procedure to be followed and the amenities/ compensation, if any.

Hotels:

Any amendments or cancelations to the itinerary will be subject to the penalties issued by the hotel policies.

Cruises:

Cruise accommodations are as per descriptions in the itinerary provided by Travel Beyond Wellness. Cruise lines reserve the right to substitute ships on any cruise, even at the last minute. Itinerary changes on any cruise are the sole responsibility of the cruise line and they may be implemented at their discretion and at the last minute based on factors beyond its control (such as existing weather or traffic conditions). Travel Beyond Wellness cannot take any responsibility for ship substitutions or itinerary changes decided by a cruise line. Special deposit, payment and cancellation conditions apply for cruises, which are outlined under Deposits and Payments and Change and Cancellation Policy.

Travel Beyond Wellness and/or its subsidiaries and agents act only as an agent for the hotels, villas, apartments, restaurants, airlines, train and bus companies, ship lines, owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation providers, or other service providers (“suppliers”). By acceptance of any Travel Beyond Wellness trip confirmation, receipts, or tickets, the Travel Beyond Wellness client agrees that Travel Beyond Wellness assumes no liability for any loss, injury or damage to a person or property, or otherwise any connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other service, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of co-travelers, suppliers, nature, or dangers, delays, cancellations, and incidents related to the sea or weather conditions, health related problems before, after, or during the tour, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, strikes, bank holidays, capital controls, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Travel Beyond Wellness or for loss or damage resulting from insufficient, or improperly issued passports, visas or other documents, and that Travel Beyond Wellness assumes no liability sustained or incurred by a Travel Beyond Wellness client as a result of any foreign causes and is not liable for defaults or breach of contract of those persons, suppliers, or companies not directly under the control of Travel Beyond Wellness. Travel Beyond Wellness reserves the right to substitute hotels or villas or apartments or cruise lines with best available alternatives and make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary or caused by airline, train or ferry schedules, or other reasons. By embarking on his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE ABOVE CIRCUMSTANCES OR ANY OTHER REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF TRAVEL BEYOND WELLNESS OR ITS AFFILIATE SUPPLIERS OF SERVICES, SHALL BE THE RESPONSBILITY OF THE TRAVELER.
